Many features including a carved maple leaf and a painting of a Canadian brown bear will be here when we are finished the renovation of the gardens that were damaged by a long period of scaffolding for building work.
We are looking for volunteers to tend these gardens in the future. Neighbourhood wardens have given us hours of help with the heavy stuff and have laid patios and paths that are disabled friendly.
We have raised funds that have been 'fund matched' and are now starting work on phase two of the project. This is a great place to retire to and the natives are friendly!" Show less
