All flats have a lounge, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. There is underfloor heating.Scheme manager on site Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. All the flats are connected to the Careline response team that is manned 24 hours a day. There is a communal lounge, communal dining room, hairdressers, laundry and guest room. The Market Sanctuary is on site, used by people with memory problems. There is also an Age Concern Day Centre open three days a week. The Scheme Manager arranges activities and trips out for the residents.
