These two storey homes have 2 bedrooms and an upstairs lavatory as well as a downstairs bathroom comprising a walk-in shower with lavatory. An additional feature is the chance to have an allotment.
There is a non-resident Scheme Manager and each dwelling is fitted with an emergency alarm call system which is monitored by a call centre when the Manager is not on site.
