Show more "Clarence House was originally St Paul's Vicarage and was purchased from the Diocese of Bath and Wells around 1965 with the aim of providing high quality sheltered accommodation for retired people over 55 years of age. It is situated opposite Clarence park.The Locking Deanery Management Committee's aim is to have a continuous programme of improvements to ensure that the facilities provide the best possible comfort and safety for the Residents. The Flats and Communal areas are maintained to the highest possible standards, whilst ensuring that the rents remain competitive and affordable. Each flat is self-contained with either a bedroom and sitting room or bed/sitting room, together with a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
Residents are provided with a 3 course meal every day at lunchtime and all food is freshly prepared and cooked by our in house catering team, who are happy to accommodate individual dietary requirements.
