At Vincent Naughton Court, we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance).

Each flat consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom/s with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. Vincent Naughton Court offers a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge, communal garden, an on-site laundry, luxury shower suite with body drier, communal parking bays and a guest room for visitors.

Local amenities are within walking distance of the scheme. Birkenhead Central train station with links to Chester and Liverpool is a 5 minute walk, Birkenhead bus station offers bus service to local hospitals and is a 7 minute walk, Woodside ferry terminal is a short bus trip. Local shopping centres include the Pyramids with food court offering a wide range of food and coffee shops. Birkenhead market is situated within the shopping precinct local supermarket is Asda situated on Claughton Road. Local One Stop shop is situated on Conway Street opposite the bus station.
