It is conveniently situated just outside the centre of Heywood and is close to a main bus route to the town centre, Rochdale and Bury.
Cherwell Court is a three-storey building, which has attractive gardens to the front and private gardens to the rear, which are tended by contract gardeners. There is also window cleaning to the exterior of the Scheme. Car parking is available to residents and visitors.
The scheme has a residential Scheme Manager and a mobile warden service out of hours. Residents can also make use of the large communal lounge, on-site laundry room and guest bedroom.
