There is only a 5 minute walk to the local shops, where there are two supermarkets, a local hairdresser, news agents, bakery, restaurants, a hardware shop and a bank. There is a good bus service to Waterlooville. The court has 24 flats and offers a lift or a stair lift for people on the first floor. Facilities for residents include a court manager service, communal lounge & conservatory, where residents meet for coffee mornings and other social events, a laundry and an overnight guest room.The scheme has a small front garden and a reasonable size rear garden which is used by residents; there is also a patio area outside the conservatory. Residents enjoy regular and varied social activities.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
