There are no lifts on site so the first floor flats can only be let to people without any mobility issues.There are communal laundry facilities which are included as part of the service charges. All of the gardens are communal. There is very limited parking on site. The Venlaw is situated in Kirkley South Lowestoft. It is close to the beach and good public transport facilities. There are shops and post offices a short walk away and the buses into Lowestoft and to Norwich are frequent." Show less
