Show more "Tranquility Court sits just around the corner from the local Crossgates Methodist Church. The church’s group of enthusiastic volunteers provides practical support to the tenants of Tranquility Court, fundraising, and organising events and outings for the benefit of tenants. They add to the tenants’ well-being and to the community life of the Scheme.

Tranquility Court is a three-storey development of self-contained flats with spaces for 29 older people in single and double flats. At the rear of the Scheme a conservatory and disabled access ramp have been added. Just a hundred yards from the Scheme is a thriving shopping centre whose wide choice of amenities offer an added attraction to tenants.
Tranquility Court has achieved what one resident describes as “a good family atmosphere. We try to watch out for each other.” Another resident agrees – “I’m just so glad and grateful to be here in a very safe environment.”" Show less
