The low-rise, modern block has two floors. If you are over 55, working or retired, we can assess your suitability for our accommodation. A lift is available for the upper floor. We have 35 studio flats, and one 2 bedroom flat. There are large communal gardens with a regular gardener to maintain the bushes and shrubs. Tenants are welcome to tend the garden plots or sit and enjoy the surroundings. Each flat has a shower wet room (no bath). A guest room is available for visiting friends or relatives.The manager is available to manage premises for health & safety. The Manager will also, report repairs, and give advice where possible. We encourage independent living amongst our tenants. You are welcome to use the lounge area for any activities we arrange or if you wish to arrange for yourself. Small gatherings, etc." Show less
