At Foregate Court we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance). Each flat consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom/s with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. Foregate Court offers a wide range of facilities, including two communal lounges, communal kitchen, an on site laundry, hairdressing salon, fully equipped assisted bathroom, communal garden, communal parking bays and a guest room for visitors. The flats are located in a very convenient position within Stafford town Centre. It is very close to shops, cafes, restaurants, and all amenities, being less than five minutes' walk to the shopping centre. It is close to bus stops serving Stafford and other local towns, and the train station is close by. Having said that it is set within very pleasant grounds, and when in the communal gardens one would never imagine it was situated so close to town.
