It's close to park-land and local amenities, with good bus links to Leven town centre and surrounding areas. The complex is less than a mile from a beautiful beach and promenade, as well as the local swimming pool.The existing complex was built circa 1960 and over the years was the subject of various minor repairs and alteration works. With the repairs becoming ever more frequent, Housing Services took the decision to completely upgrade the complex (internally and externally) with the aim of providing a modern and comfortable standard of accommodation for both the residents and staff.
The project is now complete with all units occupied. The once dull exterior has been replaced with a bright, modern façade, which although sympathetic to its surroundings, welcomes the residents in to the complex where they are met with a fresh, comforting and homely finish. The flatted units are finished to a modern standard and benefit from fitted carpets and blinds throughout. The feedback from residents who were present throughout the transformation process, and those who are new to the complex, has been extremely positive." Show less
