Sheltered Housing and Housing-with-Care across Milton Keynes

Our sheltered housing is designed primarily for people aged 60 years and over. It provides a safe, secure and supportive environment for people wishing to live independently in their own homes. Our sheltered housing with care schemes can provides a personal care and support service to tenants.

Courteneys Lodge has facilities to assist older people with memory loss. An on-site team provide care for tenants according to thir individually assessed needs. Community alarms and assistive technology connects each flat enabling tenants to live securely and safely within their own home.
