Regular Social activities include: Tenants meet weekly to learn chair based exercise and have started to incorporate more exercise into their daily lives and have improved their mobility. At christmas there was a music event with a local school. Tenants meet weekly in common room for coffee morning on Tuesdays. Recently a few of them have been going to Bulwel forest community gardens and attended their Friday outdoor lunch using produce from the community garden. From these visits they learnt of a local soup kitchen event and are now attending this weekly. The activity co-ordinator is looking for other things for tenants to attend as they love to get out. They will be attending the next bushcraft session with the park ranger.. New residents accepted from 60 years of age.
