Residents benefit by being supported by a mobile Sheltered Housing Team and 24hr/7 day a week connection to a remote contact centre.This is a high rise scheme comprising of 112 flats over 14 floors with 2 lifts servicing all floors. The scheme is secured via a door entry system with CCTV in situ. The flats are the most spacious amongst our housing stock and include some mobility and wheel chair adapted properties. All are fully centrally heated and double glazed, and have balconies off of the lounge with great views across Luton and surrounding areas.
There is easy Wheelchair access to the Scheme from the front and back and a spacious Scooter room with charging facilities. There is ample parking in the car parks at the front and the rear of the scheme with garages that can be rented when available. There is also a large enclosed garden that is well maintained complete with seating areas.
A recent refurbishment has taken place, completed to a high standard and finished in a contemporary style.
The communal lounge has comfortable seating areas and a large wall mounted wide screen TV with free view. Here residents, if they choose to, can enjoy regular social gatherings including bingo, coffee mornings and a soon to start exercise club.
