They will call to the schemes on a regular basis, providing a visible, reliable and recognisable point of contact and a dedicated and intensive housing management service. The key areas of their work will be to provide regular drop-in surgeries, help support social activities and minimise social isolation, work with the new Wellbeing Service providers, deal with ongoing matters of cleaning and maintenance, security and access and health and safety, allocate empty properties in full accordance with existing policies, and work with you to constantly improve our housing management service."
