Show more "Lammas Leas consists of 28 two bedroom bungalows and 2 one bedroom bungalows. It is situated approximately quarter of a mile from the town centre, where there are a variety of shops including bakers, butchers, newsagents and Co-op. There are also banks, a building society, dentist, coffee shops and pubs. The village is served by the Lincoln/Grimsby bus service, train station, CallConnect and local taxis. Directly opposite the scheme is a Tesco supermarket. There is building specifically for residents to enjoy shared interests and activities, with a communal lounge, kitchen and toilet.

Two Housing Assistants have been employed by Acis to work between the sheltered schemes. They will call to the schemes on a regular basis, providing a visible, reliable and recognisable point of contact and a dedicated and intensive housing management service. The key areas of their work will be to provide regular drop-in surgeries, help support social activities and minimise social isolation, work with the new Wellbeing Service providers, deal with ongoing matters of cleaning and maintenance, security and access and health and safety, allocate empty properties in full accordance with existing policies, and work with you to constantly improve our housing management service."
