Show more "Set in the popular picturesque village of Sanderstead, famous for its Grade 1 listed All Saint’s Church, Abbeyfield House offers high quality sheltered housing where residents have the freedom to live an independent lifestyle, in a warm friendly family atmosphere.

Abbeyfield Sanderstead was established in 1969 by members of the Sanderstead United Reformed Church and St. Gertrude’s Catholic Church. In 2004, our home was extensively renovated and now comprises nine en-suite rooms, lift to the first floor, dining area in the atrium and laundry facilities.

Our large well maintained garden with outdoor patio seating area gives everyone an opportunity enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Our communal lounge in the atrium area is a great place to get together with other residents. A delicious lunch and high tea are served here to everyone daily. Our regular social events, such as coffee mornings, talks, demonstrations, craft and musical entertainment are also held in the atrium area for those who wish to attend." Show less
