The house consists of 32 one bedroom flats and 4 two bedroom flats. Each flat has its own wet room, lounge/kitchen area and bedroom, all are wheelchair friendly. We have guest facilities for family and friends who wish to stay.

Having our own kitchen on site ensures our chefs are able to provide a fresh lunch every day, catering for all dietary needs, we eat our lunch together. We have an attractive enclosed garden, enabling tenants to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.

Laundry and hairdressing facilities are on site and we have regular visits from a chiropodist and nail technician. We have a handyman on site who assists with repairs and a team of domestic staff who do basic weekly hygiene clean of your flat.

Abbeyfield management arrange many social events in our communal lounge for those who wish to socialise. Management and staff along with the volunteer committee ensure the house is kept to the standard we would all expect.
