Nestled at the base of the North Downs, our location offers a tranquil setting for residents looking to enjoy their retirement years. We have five independent living flats, set in beautifully landscaped grounds.

One of the highlights of David Gresham House is our outstanding location with excellent transportation connections, including nearby train and bus routes that serve both the local area and beyond. Residents can conveniently access nearby churches, a post office, and local shops, all within walking distance.

At David Gresham House, we take pride in providing a highly professional service that prioritises the wellbeing of our residents and strive to create an environment that feels like a true home from home. For residents seeking to maintain their independence while enjoying the benefits of companionship and support within our community, we offer five independent living flats. Four of these flats are designed to accommodate couples and feature a bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette, and shower room/toilet.
