All flats have double glazing and under floor heating and are fitted with a Lifeline Alarm system to summon help in an emergency. The flats are serviced by two lifts and each flat has its own scooter parking bay. Our main communal lounge has a plasma TV, DVD and VCR player, a PC with internet access, a piano and a kitchen area. We also have a library, a small recreational lounge and an enclosed garden with patio area where we can hold barbecues.There is a cafe on site, open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks. For residents who prefer to cater for themselves, there is a supermarket close by.
