Some of the properties have wet rooms. All have central heating and are fitted with an alarm system to summon help in an emergency. We have a communal lounge where residents can meet and grounds around the complex and in the middle of the closes. There is a communal laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a disabled bathroom with bath lift and toilet rails. We have a luncheon club on site three days a week and mobile hairdressers and podiatrists visit regularly.There are lots of amenities close by in the town, including supermarkets and shops, cinema, swimming pool and GP and dentist surgeries.
