You get the reassurance from having access to our 24-hour emergency monitoring centre via the call system that is installed in each individual property. We offer a level of support where our officers will have an initial conversation with you when you move in, regular monthly contact and an annual review as standard. If you require ongoing support to help maintain independence and sustain your tenancy agreement, our dedicated officers will be on hand to support you.
