Pull cords throughout including your own personal pendant. All pendant and pull cords are monitored by the scheme manager when on duty. When manager is off duty a 24 hour response service is delivered by TrustCall. In addition there are 47 flats in the locality that benefit from the scheme manager service during weekdays.
Communal features include a large lounge/ dining area with kitchen, laundry facilities with a scheduled refurbishment due by 2017 which will further enhance the facilities on offer. Residents at the scheme enjoy gardening and add to the regular grounds maintenance that is offered. The scheme enjoys a 'village' atmosphere set within its own grounds.
