All pendant and pull cords are monitored by the scheme manager when on duty. When manager is off duty a 24 hour response service is delivered by TrustCall. In addition there are an additional 47 flats in the locality that benefit from the scheme manager service during weekdays.Communal features include a large lounge/ dining area with kitchen, laundry facilities. The scheme was recently refurbished to a high standard and with minimal disruption to residents.
