The scheme is on 4 levels with a lift in place for your convenience. The scheme also has a guest room for use by relatives and friends of residents. We have a communal lounge available to residents for entertainment and activities, together with resident's communal laundry facility which is accessed by all. There are stunning views of the countryside from the scheme and it is within easy walking distance of the shops, pub and cafes.

There is easy access to the G.P. surgeries and dentists, together with a good reliable bus service. The A449 is close by for easy access to Wolverhampton and surrounding districts. For a minimum of one day per week the supported housing officer is on site to complete health and safety building checks and is available to answer any queries that you may have concerning your tenancy. The communal lounge is used for coffee mornings and entertainment. A weekly breakfast club takes place and residents are invited to participate as often as possible. The communal lounge is accessed by residents within the scheme and tenants from the bungalows. The complex has a main entrance door that can be opened to visitors via the intercom system in the apartments. This coupled with the community alarm service makes for a safe and secure environment.
