Our 35 self-contained flats each have a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There's a communal lounge and kitchen, as well as laundry facilities. The building has a lift, disabled access and a secure door entry system. We also provide 24/7 telephone support through our Customer Wellbeing team.
There are beautiful communal gardens, a car park for residents, and a scooter store with a communal scooter available for use by residents. We also have excellent guest facilities.
It is situated near to the centre of Grantham, and the building is owned and maintained by Nottingham Community Housing Association.
There is a good bus service, picking up about a hundred meters away. There is a large Asda supermarket close to the scheme, which is open 24 hours.
There are many opportunities to be involved in social activities such as bingo, regular coffee mornings and fish and chip lunches. Some of these events are run jointly with Spire View which is next door. The vicar from the local church visits once a month to give Holy Communion to residents who want it." Show less
