At Fulton Lodge we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance).Each flat consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom/s with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. Fulton Lodge offers a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge and garden, an on-site laundry, communal parking bays and a guest room for visitors.
The flats are located close to a supermarket, post office, chemist, DP surgery and dental clinic all within easy walking distance. It is located just a mile and a half from the town centre with a frequent bus service from just across the road. There are variety of various food outlets and a local pub, again all within easy walking distance. There is a local church which offers a lunch club and a community centre that caterers for all ages with a lunch club, dancing and exercise classes as well as local swimming pool just 2 stops away on the bus.
