At Silvester Court, we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 50 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance).Each flat consists of a good size kitchen, lounge, bathroom and 1 bedroom with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. Silvester Court is part of a wider community and residents have access to shared facilities at nearby Waltham House, including social activities. Waltham House and Silvester Court have a social group and activities taking place daily include bingo, afternoon tea, table top skittles, interactive horse racing, film afternoons and social events which have entertainment provided. Other facilities include an on-site laundry room (with both washers and driers), communal gardens, hairdressers by appointment only, guest room facilities for visitors and communal parking including disabled parking bays.
