Newholme Gardens is a supported housing scheme designed to promote independent living for older people. Applicants to the scheme should be able to carry out basic living tasks with limited support and willing to work with Bromford Support colleagues to manage their own tenancy. Newholme Gardens comprises of 1 two bedroom house, 9 two bedroom flats, and 28 One Bedroom flats.
There are a number of properties at Newholme Gardens that have been recently adapted through an aids and adaptation programme, these adapted properties include one bedroom flats and studio flats with walk in showers and grab rails.
