Meals can be provided by the Care Home at a cost of £21.00 per day, and laundry can also be provided at a weekly charge of £34.50. There is a 24hr alarm call link to the Care Home, and our staff do courtesy checks twice daily. There is also a domestic cleaner who cleans and collects refuse twice weekly. Our Maintenance Team also ensure that inside and outside is maintained and repairs are carried out promptly when needed.Tenants can also apply for Housing Benefit if they qualify, and home care packages can be arranged if needed.
