It offers an independent lifestyle, beautiful surroundings and a friendly, supportive environment.The heart of this unique retirement community is a Georgian mansion, set in attractive grounds amidst rolling fields and woodland and offering retirement accommodation in a variety of styles including apartments, penthouses, single rooms and suites together with a number of retirement homes close by.
Unlike some retirement communities, at Clare Park you rent your accommodation and provide a repayable loan, rather than buy it. This releases your equity and gives you greater flexibility without the burden of ownership. Your home is cleaned and maintained and a single all-inclusive monthly fee takes care of everything, including domestic services, meals (according to rental contract), heat, light and maintenance. A relatively small flat rate of Council Tax is an added charge.
Our dining room provides three excellent meals a day for residents living in our penthouses, suites and single rooms. Residents in our apartments and cottages take one main meal a day in the dining room, which is included in their fees, plus the flexibility to take other meals if required." Show less
