32 two-bed and 52 one-bed apartments, 15 of which will be designated for those living with dementia, and 2 specialist bariatric apartments. All apartments will be for rent. The homes will be owned and managed by Karbon with Northumberland County Council Adult Social Care team supporting with the allocation of the apartments through a panel.
