Show more "We have marked the completion of the redevelopment of a former sheltered housing scheme, providing 37 modern, affordable apartments with larger living accommodation for people over 55 in the market town of Woodstock.Originally built in the 1950s-60s, 19 former outdated properties have been demolished and replaced with 37 one and two-bedroom apartments, providing large living spaces with balconies and modern fixtures and fittings. To minimise the development’s carbon footprint and ensure energy efficiency for our customers, solar panels and air source heating have been fitted, along with electric vehicle charging points.
Redevelopment has happened following an appraisal which found that this was the best option for the scheme. Work started in June 2024 and we are now looking forward to welcoming customers who will be moving in shortly.
