The new development off the Seven Sisters Road will see a collection of 76 one and two-bedroom high-quality apartments for people over the age of 55, of which 100 per cent will be classed as affordable in tenure.Properties are expected to launch in autumn 2025, and the development will support the local community with affordable housing in perpetuity across the development. It will also offer an active programme for recruiting and retaining apprenticeship roles throughout the project in the various building trades, Green Economy roles, as well as within other non-construction-based operations.
Situated on the edge of the wider Woodberry Down estate, we are contributing to the transformation of the area which is creating 5,500 new homes as one of London’s largest estate regeneration projects. Newnton Close was previously a 28-unit building that was transferred from Council ownership to us in 2002. The building is being demolished and the site regenerated, to tie in with the wider Woodberry Down regeneration masterplan.
