This is achieved through person-centred and reablement focused personal care and a hub that engages with the local community.Delivered in partnership with North Yorkshire County Council and Scarborough Borough Council who jointly commissioned the project, the development includes 63 one and two bedroom apartments - all for affordable rent, with flexible use communal areas, hair salon, café, restaurant, guest suites, spa bathroom, buggy store and communal gardens.
