A holistic service with a high degree of flexibility in how care and support is delivered, it offers continuity, as care is delivered by onsite Eildon staff. Our aim is to support people to live in their own home for as long as possible and remain part of the local community.
At Wilkie Gardens there is a 24hr staff team on site delivering flexible care, support and tenancy management. A daily home cooked main meal and light meal prepared in our on-site kitchen and served in the dining area which looks over the patio and gardens.
You’ll have the freedom and privacy of your own self-contained property with the option to mix and socialise with others in the communal lounge and dining areas, patio and garden." Show less
