We welcome young, physically disabled adults with complex disabilities following traumatic or acquired brain injury, spinal injury or degenerative disease. We also provide care for up to three clients with learning disabilities, 15 elderly frail clients and we have the facilities to care for bariatric clients.We have strong links with the local GP service and clinical specialists whilst our clients are supported by a full time experienced physiotherapist based at Awel–Y-Mor."
