There is an Independent Living Coordinator on site Monday to Friday to offer 1:1 support enabling the residents to live independently in their own homes for longer. Tenants will be provided with personal pendants giving that extra security to our loved ones 24 hours a day. All properties are level access and have wonderfully spacious wet rooms where we can have all aids and adaptations installed for added safety. There is a lift to take tenants to the first-floor flats.The flats provide generous space that maximise natural light, they all have Winter Gardens that have windows to open up the space in the summer months and close for the winter, keeping the flat nice and warm in the cold winter months, there are also Solar Panels fitted to maximise the daylight and sunshine. We believe that the scheme will give the tenants a true sense of 'belonging'. The scheme is set amongst the established surrounding landscape which will be complemented by additional areas of green space which will be maintained by our Grounds Maintenance Team.
