Staff are proud to provide the right support so one's full potential can be reached within a family-orientated caring environment with nursing care available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Professionals value residents and recognise that the residents are individuals and deserve person-centred care tailored to the needs at all times. Care workers aim to support all to benefit from choices within a
community setting.
Encouragement is given in all respects of daily living. There are opportunities to take part in singing with entertainers who visit St Stephens, cooking experiences, trips to local areas, including the magnificent Dover Castle which overlooks the home.
