Led by registered manager Jen Roberts, this newly built home has been designed to offer the highest quality residential and nursing care for older people, including residents with dementia.
Our highly experienced team of nurses provides round-the-clock personalised nursing care for residents with acute health or care needs.
Our residential care team offers 24-hour support for older people who are no longer able to live independently at home, but wish to maintain as routine and fulfilling a life as possible.
Specialist dementia care at the Oaks is offered to individuals, with or without nursing needs, who need assistance with everyday living and find it difficult to cope in their own homes, and who are living with dementia.
