Over 55s can live in a peaceful environment with the knowledge that there is a Wellbeing Team available 24 hours a day, should they need support.There will be a mix of apartments for rent and bungalows for shared ownership at Ryde Village, where the whole community will be able to access and benefit from: an on-site laundry, a hair salon and shop for essential items right on their doorstep.
Ryde Village has been designed to specifically support the needs of its residents. Each home has been built to discretely aid people as their needs increase with time. Residents benefit from an on-site laundry, assistive bathrooms, emergency call buttons, lifts and a mobility scooter storage area.
