Our Memory Lane community will provide specialised resources for those living with dementia, including adapted crockery and tableware, sensory gardens with low risk walkways and activity kitchens, which will enable people to engage in life's everyday simple tasks and pleasures to help them feel like they're right at home.The community will be broken up into small units with a family feel, helping people feel safe and comfortable. Services will be based on independence, dignity and choice, supported by a person-centred approach to care.
