Every flat has its own front door, kitchen/kitchenette, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom with lavatory, and bath/shower facilities. As new residents move in flats are often refurbished to a high standard. The flat is the resident's own home, which they furnish and clean. Some flats open onto small courtyards and residents are encouraged to use plant pots to enhance the frontage. They must be retired and be able to fit in with the small Sexey's Hospital Community. All admissions will be based on a measure of need, as identified by the Trustees (the Visitors), Applicants will be invited to interview, as and when space becomes available, and following an up to date application form screening.. New residents accepted from 65 years of age.
