Residents have the use of two adjacent communal laundry and drying facilities. Due to the nature of the building, the apartments are not accessible to people who need level access. The DUC provide a part-time scheme warden to manage the premises and assist residents (no personal care is provided). Residents of flats are provided with a personal emergency call system.

DUC have 5 unfurnished family houses in Townstal (2-bed and 3-bed) with outside space for their occupants’ use. The low costs enable families to save for a deposit for their next home." Show less
