In exceptional circumstances applications may be accepted from those who have left the area but wish to return for family reasons.We have an onsite Caretaker, however, there is no healthcare provision and Residents must be in good health to live in the accommodation. Applicants must be independent of other housing associations or organisations.
Penrose in Litchdon Street, Newport has four flats and sixteen houses arranged in a cobbled quadrangle with its own meeting room, chapel and set of allotments.
