The council took the opportunity at the same time as building the bungalows to refurbish the community centre. This included providing toilets that were fully accessible for people in wheelchairs, a new kitchen, new entrance doors, a resurfaced parking area, new carpets and new furniture.
The remaining open space was fully landscaped and a trim trail was incorporated. Positioned around the trim trail are exercise equipment stations and the trail itself has waymarkers showing the distance people have walked." Show less
