Designed around you, our development is specially created for the over 55s and includes facilities and features that enable you to live independently in your own home.
We have a restaurant where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals and a function room for those special occasions. There’s guest accommodation for your friends and family, a laundry room and a secure scooter room to park your vehicle. You can also relax in the landscaped garden. We find that our clients create a great atmosphere in our development but our assisted living manager can also help facilitate social events and activities that you choose to be part of. We have a cinema with films being played every afternoon. You can ask friends and family to join in any of the events/activities that we have here.
Greenacres independent units offer an "ALL INCLUSIVE" monthly charge which cover not only your rent, but all monthly bills to include, heating, lighting, and water charges. The Units are not assessed for Council Tax, and all communal areas are cleaned on a daily basis, 365 days a year. Meals are also provided in our Tea Room 7 days a week every day of the year where a home cooked 2 course meal is included in the one monthly cost.
