The large Victorian house and flats are owned by the Diocese of Chichester. In 1992, management was taken over by a charitable trust which carried out extensive modernisation. Woodmancote village about 11 miles north of Brighton, on the A281 road, a mile from Henfield.South facing living room and dining room, chapel, lift, with extensive gardens and a visitor's flatlet. All rooms have a shower or bathroom. There are also three 2 room self contained flats and a flatlet, visiting library and hairdresser. The Saxon village church is only 400 yards from the house."
