Every household is designed to provide full security with maximum freedom by way of discrete safety features, hi-tech monitoring, and an integrated computer system. To the person living at Abergele there will be little if any sense of personal limitation because of clever design.Comfortable, café style dining areas are enhanced with open access client kitchens. Circulation areas have memory stations and street style shop fronts. Each household has its own gardens and patios. There will be garages with parked cars for the gentlemen to work, outdoor seating areas and raised planters for gardening, and crafted walks with full visual access so that a person can never get lost."
